The massages are conducted by Ms. Denise Holmes CIBTAC masseur & midwife.

Spinning babies is conducted by Ms. Maria Schembri midwife & certified spinning babies instructor. It is a modern concept based on a very old one ,that of using movement and gravity to achieve better fetal positioning. This will help during pregnancy and to have a shorter labour.
